Please know that we are doing EVERYTHING we possibly can to get your customized items to you in time for your event.

Like everyone, we have been affected by delays and issues due to the pandemic. This includes everything from our team members being able to safely work in our studio, to the supply chain, to our incoming and outgoing deliveries. Things we have relied on for years we have found suddenly no longer reliable!

We know Etsy provides a delivery timeframe and while we are working around the clock to get your orders created as fast as we can, the delivery estimates are only estimates and we cannot control what happens once a package leaves our studio. PLEASE read our current production times and shipping updates, and of course, we are here to answer any and all questions you might have! 🚨 Due to the ongoing circumstances, ALL shipping carriers have been experiencing delays, and as such, we very unfortunately cannot guarantee a delivery date. The delivery estimates are ESTIMATES - the timeframes shown are provided by each carrier, but do not guarantee your order will arrive by any certain date. Please allow as much time when ordering as possible to account for the possibility of a delivery delay. Of course, your order may not experience any delays at all, we just want to be upfront about the situation we are seeing to help you make your decision.

If for any reason you have an issue with your order please contact us in messages or emails and we are more than happy to assist you if we can. If you ordered an incorrect size, we cannot send replacement , unless you purchase it again... If for any reason the address you entered is wrong we are not responsible for that and we won't send new items unless USPS returns it back to us and we can ship it out again but we would charge a fee for shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, especially if they are marked delivered. In this case you are welcome to contact USPS for further investigation, because once we receive an order and prepare it and ship it out it is out of our hands.
